In accordance with the FCC's Open Internet transparency rules, Helio Mobile LLC provides this disclosure of the terms and performance characteristics of our mobile broadband service.
Network practices
We provision service over a partner mobile network powered by Moxee. During times of congestion, data throughput may be prioritized or temporarily reduced consistent with our fair-use and plan terms. "Unlimited" data plans are subject to a monthly high-speed allowance after which speeds may be reduced.
Performance
Actual speeds and latency vary with device, location, network coverage, and congestion. Typical speeds reflect the capabilities of the underlying network.
Commercial terms
Pricing, plan allowances, and fees are shown at the point of sale and in your account. There are no long-term contracts; plans are prepaid and month-to-month.
