Account details (name, address, email, phone number), payment information processed by our payment provider, device identifiers (IMEI, SIM/eSIM), and usage data needed to provide wireless service.
How we use it
To activate and maintain your line, process payments, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal and carrier requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with our underlying network provider, Moxee, and with service providers strictly to deliver your service, and with authorities where required by law.
